This Payment Policy outlines the billing terms, subscription charges, refund rules, and payment obligations applicable to all customers using VoxDine services (“Services”).

1. Subscription Model
VoxDine operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Access to Services is granted based on the selected plan and payment schedule (monthly or annual).
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
2. Billing Cycle
- Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days from the subscription start date.
- Annual Plans: Billed once per year in advance.
Your billing cycle will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments through approved payment processors, which may include:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Online Payment Gateways
- Bank Transfers (where applicable)
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. VoxDine does not store full credit card details on its servers.
4. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize VoxDine to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically using your selected payment method.
5. Late or Failed Payments
If payment fails or is declined:
- We may retry the charge within a reasonable period.
- Access to Services may be temporarily suspended.
- Continued non-payment may result in termination of the account.
VoxDine reserves the right to recover outstanding dues through lawful means.
6. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges applicable in your jurisdiction.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Early Termination
If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access until the current cycle ends. No partial refunds will be issued.
7.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds, if any, are granted solely at VoxDine’s discretion and must be requested by emailing support@voxdine.app.
8. Plan Changes and Upgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Any price difference may be prorated and billed accordingly.
Downgrades will take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
9. Custom Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise clients operating under custom agreements will be governed by the pricing and billing terms outlined in their signed contract.
10. Price Changes
VoxDine reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.
11. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting VoxDine to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence
- Recover any associated costs or fees

12. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription by contacting support@voxdine.app.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
13. Service Suspension
VoxDine reserves the right to suspend Services in cases of:

- Violation of Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity
